Free parking on-site. Easy access to major roads including Alpine Road and North Second Street. Downtown Rockford is 10 minutes by car. Chicago O'Hare Airport is 90 minutes away. Rockford City Lines provides local bus service, and rideshare services are readily available.
Check-out time is 11 am (unless otherwise approved).
Our Core Value is to be a good neighbor and comply with all local regulations. Therefore, all guests MUST agree to the house rules before/during their stay as this is a residential neighborhood.
- All guests are screened using our third-party partner, Autohost. In order to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, pay a mandatory $500 security deposit and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY
We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package.

- Absolutely no smoking; there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors.
- No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed.
- Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately.
- Please note guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.

Regular Schedule: Trash pickup is every Friday morning. Please place bins at the curb on Thursday night for collection.
Holiday Adjustments: If Friday is a holiday, trash pickup will be delayed by one day (Saturday instead of Friday).
If your checkout falls on Saturday after a holiday, please help by moving the bins to the curb before leaving.

More spacious than we anticipated which was great. Appreciated the responsiveness when we had an issue with the thermostat. I would recommend the hosts provide top sheets or comforter covers for the beds and some more plates in the kitchen would be great.
This place felt like home for a short duration
My experience with MGM properties was awful. Upon arrival there was zero toilet paper and only a total of 5 towels when we made the reservation for 7 of us. That was a small issue in comparison to the no heat we had for two days . The thermostat was broken and they would not pay to fix it on the spot like the technician offered. We spent two nights in the house which was below 60 degrees with three young children. The infants toes and hands were blue when waking up in the morning. I was accused of breaking the thermostat and was told it was not that cold since it was spring outside even though the temps outside were between 30-40 degrees during our stay. The draft in the front bedroom was so cold the space heater that I was told to purchase for a temporary fix didn’t help. MGM was very unprofessional and rude with me the entire time and advised I was not being patient when they informed me the heat still would not be fixed on the third day when the weather was getting colder.
